Ask for a registration form in English or Spanish at any Watonwan County library.
Or, you can apply online here and a digital card will be issued. You will have 30 days to come in with proof of address (if over 18) or a parent signature (if under 18). If not picked up within the 30 days, your card will automatically expire.
Adults must present photo identification with a current address such as a driver’s license or ID card.
Adults not owning an ID with a current address may present a photo ID along with business mail with their name and address on it.
