Whether you attended Part One or are joining us for the first time, this session stands on its own while offering a deeper look into the personal accounts of those who served, sacrificed, and endured during one of the most pivotal times in history. Jay Grammond will share additional firsthand accounts from Veterans, home front workers, and others whose experiences shed light on the war’s lasting impact. Each story provides a unique perspective, honoring the memory of those who lived it. No prior attendance is required – come with a desire to learn and pay tribute to these incredible individuals. However, if you can, we encourage you to experience Part One in Madelia at 11:00 am for the fullest picture of their extraordinary lives.

This program is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant provided by the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
