Kids get a FREE book when they register.   On this day\, there will be fun games and activities during open hours at all libraries. They will also be able to pick up their “ticket” for the first week of reading.  These  tickets can then be turned in to get a weekly prize\, and then go into a drawing for bigger grand prizes like games\, gift cards and more!  Teens are also able to sign up for a chance to win big prizes such as bluetooth earbuds\, gift cards and more!  Visit your home library for more details.

The St. James Dog Park will also be there selling pop!  Bring the whole family to the bandshell at Memorial Park for this fun event! Alternate venue is the Princess Theater in case of inclement weather.
