DESCRIPTION:Hatha Yoga\nLearn basic Hatha yoga poses to develop a home yoga practice for all bodies and all ages.  Asanas/poses will be practiced to strengthen the body and improve flexibility and balance.  Yoga is a physical practice of doing postures with proper breathing that leads to harmony of the body\, breath\, and mind.  A common theme to yoga is concentrating your mind on the present moment.
